We draw your attention to our FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These terms and conditions will be forwarded to the client at the same time as the initial quotation.

Site Survey:

The prices shown are subject to a site survey being carried out by CLASSIC MARQUEES. The site should be firm, flat and level with good access for plant and up to 38-ton trucks. All underground services must be marked by the client prior to our commencement on site. No allowance has been made for scaffolding to sub bases.

Anchoring:

For all structures, anchoring will usually be made with 1m long steel stakes.
No allowance has been made for the supply of special anchors to fix into concrete (unless itemized in your quotation).

Availability:

Availability of stock can only be confirmed immediately prior to an official order being placed.

If any change to the specification is requested by the hirer within 30 days of CLASSIC MARQUEES commencing on site, we reserve the right to pass on to the hirer any costs incurred for administration.

Fire Approval:

It is the hirer’s responsibility to obtain approval for all marquee proposals from the local Fire Officer.

Site Security:

It is the hirer's responsibility to provide a secure site for the whole of the hire period including build up and dismantle.

Insurance:

Please note it is the hirer’s responsibility to provide Public Liability and Employers’ Liability Insurance in respect of any Function held in, or use of the marquee hired.  Such insurance must provide an indemnity to Classic Marquees.  A copy of the Insurance will be required one month prior to our commencement on site.

It is important to note that “All Risks” cover relates to property only (i.e. marquee, flooring etc.) and availing of the above facility under Classic Marquee's own “All Risks” cover does not eliminate the hirer’s responsibility and need to arrange the necessary Public Liability and Employers Liability insurance as indicated in the first paragraph above.

Payment:

Our usual terms of business are:

25% deposit to secure booking.
Balance upon handover of structure.

CLASSIC MARQUEES Ltd accepts no responsibility for any consequential losses.
