Civil Ceremonies

By law civil ceremonies must take place in a fixed structure which is open to the public. It must be approved by the Registrar in advance - check out this link for further details

Typically we find more couples having a civil ceremony in a registry office and returning to a marquee in their own garden afterwards for the party.

Blessings

Blessings can take place in a marquee.

The marquee can be set up in a theatre style seating format for the blessing. Once the blessing is complete the tables are brought in and set up for the party. Alternatively a separate marquee may be set up for the blessing where the guests can move directly to the main marquee for the party. Eiither way the choice is yours....
