So why not save yourself lots of hard earned cash and erect a party tent yourself. These structures are easy to erect (typically 45min for 1 person to erect a 3m x 6m tent / larger tents will ideally require two people to erect). We give full colour coded instructions with each tent to help you assemble it - you can't go wrong!!! A 3m x 6m party tent will fit into an average sized car. These tents are a professional grade structure and are not the same as some of the flimsy structures that you can buy locally.

What will you need

• A reason to have a party.
• A level site (garden or driveway)
• Car or small van to collect (a larger van or trailer may be required for larger tents)
• 1 - 2 hours to erect the tent 
• Sledge hammer to insert the pins into the ground or a drill if using anchor bolts.

How does it work?

• You contact us and between us we will determine the tent size that suits your needs.
• You then pay a booking deposit to secure the booking.
• You collect the tent from our store 1-2 days before the event.
• ay the balance on collection plus a fully refundable safety deposit which will be returned to you once all equipment has been returned in the same condition as it was hired to you.
• You bring it home and erect the tent yourself with family/friends
• Party! Party! Party!!!
• Disassemble after the party when you have recovered
• Bring it back to our store within 1-2 days after the event (time agreed at collection).
• We inspect it and if all is ok we will return the safety deposit to you in full.

What sizes can we supply?

With this range of tents we can cater for 18 to 40 guests seated or 30 to 70 guests standing in a single tent. If required you can add more tent's together to create more space.
